Conclusion: This analysis revealed that, compared to v3.0, severity grade definitions in v5.0 of AEs relevant for gynaecological radiotherapy present changes impacting the scoring and potentially the incidences reported in clinical studies. Notably, G3 definitions in v5.0 often include less details on medication/intervention. However, variability in ROs’ interpretations is also observed, highlighting the need for education to standardise toxicity scoring.
