Conclusion: This study demonstrates for the first time the feasibility of MC quality proton dose calculations directly from MR images for brain tumor patients. Comprehensive validation across different architectures shows that MIND can achieve MC-level accuracy with simplified implementation and faster computation time, paving the way for future online MRI-guided proton therapy.
