Conclusion: The baseline SUV max of IPL on PSMA-PET may be a prognostic factor for early biochemical response to MRgSBRT for localized PC. These findings underscore that, besides the staging purpose, PSMA-PET may provide a prognostic value by integrating the metrics into MRgSBRT treatment strategies, which warrants further studies.
