a patient treatment. An RO specialized in urologic tumors provided individual feedback of all cases. Practicing online target adjustment by RTT’s started simultaneously, live feedback from the RO’s present during the online procedure was given for the adjustment of the contours. At least three independent adjusted online cases were performed and formally assessed. After training was completed and the workflow implemented, an RO remained available on call to address substantial anatomic changes, plan discrepancies or patient-related issues during delivery. During the first two months an RO performed offline reviewing of the adjusted target for quality assurance. Results: Training the RTT’s and completing all the offline and online contouring took 3 months to complete. In this time RTT’s were planned out in order to get the training and the time for the offline adjustment of the target. The online practicing was done in the regular patient program, it was made sure that every RTT got enough time on the machine. For implementation a contouring advice sheet with general pitfalls (figure 1) and a workflow decision tree (figure 2) for plan review were made to assist the RTT’s during online procedure. The pitfalls sheet was based on the evaluation of the offline cases.
