event in the future. The event fostered collaborations for future initiatives, including the development of national pre-treatment education packages for undergraduate students. Common trends in free text feedback cited gaining benefit from the networking opportunities and wanting this to play a greater part in future events. Conclusion: The success of the Radiotherapy Pre-Treatment SIG highlights the value of networking and information sharing for hyper-specialised RTTs. These platforms improve peer support, job satisfaction and professional development [1] [2] [3]. Further initiatives are planned to extend the SIG’s impact, including a 2025 Study Day and additional collaborative projects. References: [1] Carbone, R., et al. (2022). The HCPC also stipulates that you must include a mixture of different types of learning (1). Rad Chat is a multi-award-winning radiotherapy and oncology podcast and social media channel, aimed at educating healthcare professionals and people living with and beyond cancer. Rad Chat is accredited with CPD Now and the Royal College of Nursing as a provider of CPD. This means that TR’s and other HCP’s can listen to a podcast episode, access the linked resources, undertake the reflective activities and submit them online to receive their evidence of CPD certificate. Material/Methods: In 2024 140 people completed the CPD questionnaire, having used the podcast to evidence their CPD. A retrospective audit was completed to ascertain the impact of using the podcast as a tool for CPD. The completed CPD questionnaires were reviewed, and quantitative and qualitative analysis was undertaken on the data. 4583
