Conclusion: The results show that specially trained therapists can alleviate the additional time burden of oART for physicians in a high volume oART SBRT clinic. Additionally, TD-ABC analysis demonstrated cost reduction with APRT based adaptor models. By redefining the roles within the adaptive radiotherapy team, substantial improvements in workflow and cost-effectiveness can be achieved, potentially promoting a sustainable approach to delivering personalized cancer treatments. These findings suggest that incorporating a dedicated APRT not only enhances operational efficiency but offers a new career advancement pathway for radiation therapists, potentially addressing critical issues like job satisfaction and staff retention. The aim of our study is to assess compliance with dosimetric constraints in hypofractionated radiotherapy for breast cancer. Material/Methods: A descriptive, analytical study carried out with 140 breast cancer patients after radical surgery, treated with hypofractionated locoregional radiotherapy (RT), delivering a dose of 40 Gy in 15 fractions over 3 weeks, using three-dimensional conformal RT, at the Oncological Radiotherapy department of the Farhat Hached Hospital, Sousse, Tunisia between 2022 and 2023.
