Conclusion: This study suggests that SBRT may play a role in delaying the switch to a new systemic treatment line in patients with OMBC. Prospective randomized trials are necessary to confirm these findings and better define the role of SBRT in the management of OMBC.

Purpose/Objective: Phyllodes tumor of the breast is a rare tumor. We looked for features responsible for recurrence.
Material/Methods: From 2011 to 2021, 61 patients with malignant phyllodes tumor were treated in our institution. We retrieved clinical, histopathological and treatment details retrospectively. Results: Mean age of presentation was 41 years (18 – 77 years), with majority 44(72%) premenopausal. Mean symptom duration was 21 months (1-120 months), mostly a painful lump 11(18%). Right breast was involved in 34(56%) and left in 27(44%) whilst central quadrant followed by upper outer in 18(29.5%) and 17(28%). Diffuse involvement of the breast was seen in 12(20%) patients. Biopsy was fibroadenoma, benign, borderline, and malignant in 3(5%), 16(26%), 6(10%) and 33(64%) patients, respectively. Breast conservative surgery and mastectomy was done in 21(34%) and 40(66%) patients, respectively. Axillary clearance was done in 10(16%) patients.
