Conclusion: While both MVision and TheraPanacea provide comparable performance at RTOG level, MVision demonstrates a significant but small advantage in S-DSC 2 mm, indicating how well the surfaces of the auto-segmentations align within 2mm. MVision's flexibility to modify auto-segmentation to match different atlases makes it superior in accommodating varied practices. This adaptability is likely important in clinical settings requiring heterogeneous contouring. Therefore, MVision may offer a more customisable starting point for nodal contouring in prostate cancer.
