Acute grade≥2 GU toxicity of 2 -fraction vs 5-fraction arms were reported in 2(22%) vs 1(10%) patients at day 8 [p=0.58]; 1(13%) vs 1(13%) patients at month 1 [p=1.00]; and 0 vs 1(17%) patients at month 3 [p=1.00], respectively (Figure1A). No grade 2 acute GI toxicity was observed in either arm (Figure1B). Baseline IPSS of 2-fraction vs 5 fraction arms were 9 vs 10 [p=0.87], and change compared to baseline were +6 vs +5 at day 8 [p=1.00]; +5 vs +6 at month 1 [p=0.52]; and +1 vs +5 at month 3 [p=1.00] (Figure1C). No significant differences in IIEF scores between the two arms (Figure1D).
