Conclusion: Logistic regression models for late GU toxicity of grade 2 or higher using motion-inclusive dose accumulation or dose summation were comparable in terms of cut-off and AUROC values. For grade 3 toxicity, the models differed to a greater extent, but firm conclusions are precluded by the limited number of patients.
