Conclusion: Daily adaptive MRI-guided SBRT demonstrates significant potential for improving target coverage and reducing urethral dose in prostate cancer. The low toxicity rates support the feasibility and tolerability of this approach. These findings highlight the value of MRI-guided adaptive radiotherapy in delivering precise and personalized treatment for prostate cancer.
