At univariable analysis (UA), the PTVLN volume was associated with post-SRT BRFs either in the whole population (ALL) or LR and HR (p≤0.06). A PTVLNv >1202 cc was associated with an increased risk of post-SRT BCR both in ALL and in HR, while in the LR this value was >1134 cc. The BFRs of pts treated with a PTVLNv above these cut-offs was significantly lower in ALL, LR and HR (p ≤0.014). The results of multivariate analysis are shown in Table 1.

Conclusion: The RIL induced by larger PTVLNv may have a detrimental effect on post-SRT BRFs after SRT, especially in LR men.
