In multivariate analysis, not achieving undetectable PSA was associated with a significantly higher risk of BP (HR=10.17; 95%CI, 7.94-13.02;p<0.001) and DM (HR=5.81; 95%CI 3.80-8.88;p<0.001). A time >6 months to reach nadir PSA was associated with lower risks of BP (HR=5.81; 95%CI 3.80-8.88;p<0.001) and DM (HR=0.21; 95%CI 0.33 7.62;p=0.001]).
