Conclusion: Metastases-directed SBRT was not associated with global QoL differences three months after treatment. A clinically significant short- term negative impact of ADT on oligorecurrent PCa patients’ quality of life was found in sexual functioning. Non clinically-significant worsening was observed in urinary function and physical and social functioning. Further analyses encompassing the data at 1 year will give clearer indications of whether this effect tends to persist over time to invest in possible interventions with better long-term outcomes.

Keywords: quality of life, oligometastatic prostate cancer

Digital Poster Radiotherapy-induced lymphopenia: potential impact on high-risk prostate cancer? Ana C Navarrete, Andrés C Moreno, Paula García-Abad, Marta De la Cruz, Cristina Morón, Andrea Gutiérrez, Carmen González San-Segundo Radiation Oncology, University General Hospital Gregorio Marañón, Madrid, Spain Purpose/Objective: Radiation-induced lymphopenia could be related to disease progression and risk of toxicity. Its influence has been studied in other tumors as a predictor factor for negative outcomes, but there is not clear literature available for prostate cancer. The aim of this study is to elucidate lymphopenia induced by RT in high-risk prostate cancer treated with or without pelvic nodes, and its relationship with survival and urinary/rectal toxicity. Material/Methods: This is a retrospective study of 308 patients with high-risk prostate cancer treated between 2010 to 2020. Clinical, tumoral and therapeutic characteristics are shown in Table 1. Statistical analysis was made using SPSS 29 and includes crossed table (Chi squared analysis) and OS was evaluated at 5- and 10-years using Kaplan Meier survival estimates.
