Conclusion: This prospective analysis demonstrates that CTCAE toxicities associated with adaptive radiotherapy were minimal and consistent with existing literature. SBRT with MRgRT proved to be safe, with low toxicity rates. Further follow-up is needed to evaluate biochemical outcomes.
