Conclusion: According to this SEER database analysis, adding radiotherapy to treatment regimens for metastatic bladder cancer did not significantly improve survival compared to chemotherapy alone and worsened survival compared to the chemotherapy and surgery. Prospective studies are needed to confirm findings.
