Conclusion: PNB is an effective and safe adjunct to general anaesthesia and post-operative PCA for analgesia after cervical brachytherapy, resulting in improved pain scores and reduced opioid use without an increase in adverse effects. We advocate for routine use of PNB in addition to a multimodal analgesic regime for cervical brachytherapy.
