Conclusion: Despite keen knowledge of paediatric PRT among ROs and POs in the G-MESA region, its use is limited due to several potential barriers. Addressing knowledge gaps through targeted education programs, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with early referrals, developing standardized practices for paediatric PRT application across the region and addressing logistical challenges through strategic resource allocation and infrastructure development, may enhance quality of PRT application in paediatric oncology. Ultimately, by building bridges between specialties and institutions, the region can work towards more effective and widespread use of PRT in paediatric cases, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes.
