Conclusion: In the field of radiation oncology, staying up to date is crucial, especially for residents at the beginning of their careers who often feel confused about how to keep current. The traditional radiation oncology curriculum requires revisions to include modern methods of obtaining information in today’s internet age. Furthermore, it is essential to establish new platforms that facilitate residents' access to information. As TROD/GROG, we have developed a strategy to tackle this issue through the “GROG News” initiative which provides readers with up to date literature every two months. Additional efforts are necessary to create more solutions to address residents' concerns.
