The primary objective was to determine whether these interventions improve symptoms relief and related outcomes in this patient population. Material/Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing psychoeducational interventions focused on pain management in adult cancer patients receiving PRT were systematically reviewed. The search was conducted across PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar, with the final search completed on October 1, 2023. Eligibility criteria included RCTs published in English that reported symptoms-related outcomes. Two independent reviewers screened studies and performed data extraction using a standardized form. The Cochrane Risk of Bias 2 tool was used to assess the quality of included studies. The primary outcomes were symptoms intensity and interference, while the secondary outcome was quality of life. Results: The systematic review identified three randomized controlled trials evaluating the effects of psychoeducational interventions on symptoms management for cancer patients undergoing PRT ( Table 1 ). These interventions showed promising results in reducing pain and improving symptom control. In one study, patients receiving a combination
