Conclusion: Our survey shows that application of ART in paediatric patients is heterogeneous and remains limited due to several challenges. Only a subset of centres reported routine use of ART, with notable variation in frequency and criteria for adaptation. Our findings offer an insight on ART's current state in European paediatric oncology, providing a foundation for collaborative efforts to standardize ART protocols and to conduct further research aiming to validate ART’s benefits in this unique patient population.
