Conclusion: Transitioning from HFRT to UHFRT significantly saves treatment time, allowing for more patients within the same timeframe. Additionally, it is saves valuable time for the patient, who needs to visit the hospital much less.

This study aims to evaluate the adoption of SIB technique in radiotherapy departments throughout Tunisia.
