Conclusion: This study demonstrated that all income level countries can benefit from enhanced policies and infrastructure to address disparities in radiotherapy access, especially LMICs, improving local control and survival outcomes. The prioritisation of radiotherapy within cancer control plans by countries with limited availability of MVMs marks a significant step forward, reflecting progress since previous analyses.
