Results: Out of 91 ICB insertions, 24 insertions with TO and 67 with TR applicators constitute TO and TR groups respectively. For same dose prescribed to point A, median V ref was 11.8cc larger in TO vs TR group (p=0.004) and median V 60Gy was 91.41cc larger in TO vs TR group (p=0.13). Mean dose to ICRU rectal-point was 10.52% more in TO vs TR group (p=0.001). Table 1.
