Conclusion: Replacing first-come, first-served model-based selection with a prioritised waiting list improves ΔNTCP gain, especially by adding a 1-week waiting list, while substantially reducing unused slots. Combined with an automated DL-based ΔNTCP prediction, a gain of 1 – 2 weeks may already be realized without extra waiting time.
