Lithuania (73.3%), lowest in Estonia (49.2%). SRS/SBRT use was highest in Lithuania (12.2%) and lowest in Latvia (7.6%).

Conclusion: Radiotherapy in the Baltic States has significantly advanced from 2016 to 2023, transitioning from 3D-CRT to VMAT/IMRT and SRS/SBRT. Lithuania leads in patient volumes and advanced technique adoption, while Estonia and Latvia show notable progress. Regional harmonization is crucial for equitable access to modern radiotherapy.
