Gathering insights from that survey, the 2024 survey aimed to expand collaborations with NS and engage a broader community of radiotherapy professionals aligning with ESTRO's mission and values. Material/Methods Between 2nd April and 5th July 2024, ESTRO launched an updated version of the 2018 survey. All European and non-European NS with ESTRO liaison representation were invited to answer 57 questions with yes/no answers, by ranking them in order of priorities, or by providing comments when necessary. The main sections were: Consent, General information of NS, Young community of members, Register of radiation oncology professionals and centers at national level, Activities of NS and ESTRO, Accreditations, Access and Dissemination of ESTRO information, Needs of the NS, Collaboration with the ESTRO-NSC, ESTRO Joint membership. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results Seventy-three (62%) of the NS registered in the ESTRO database responded, from 41 countries (Fig.1). The median number of members in the NS was 300, with 16 having over 1,000 members. The composition of NS was single profession in 38% and the rest were multi-professional. Young/early career sections were present in 29 (40%) NS. An official register for radiation oncology professionals exists in 71% NS, mostly maintained by government organizations. All NS have a national-level meeting or conference, 44 (60%) annually and 19 (26%) biannually. CME accreditation from international radiation oncology meetings is recognized in 53 NS. Over half of the NS confirmed member access to ESTRO scientific content, either through ESTRO membership or via the dissemination of information by their NS or institutes. Regarding ESTRO's objectives, guidelines/best practices, facilitating education and digital platform were considered the most important goals (Fig. 2). Participation in ESTRO-NSC projects was confirmed by 42 NS (58%), 72 (99%) respondents expressed interest in participating in future projects of the ESTRO-NSC, and 56 NS (77%) were interested in hosting a "Best of ESTRO" session. Fifty-eight out of 73 NS (80%) expressed interest in ESTRO joint membership, and 54 (74%) NS requested further information.
