cases of cervical cancer (stage IIB/IIIC) pregnancy termination was advised to initiate chemo-radiation; in 3 other cases chemo-radiation was specifically proposed to induce abortion. Between 2021 and 2024 in 1 case it was advised to deliver RT to a lower extremity while preserving the pregnancy. Total foetal dose remained well below the international recommended maximum of 100 mSv. In all cases the primary goal was to avoid suboptimal oncological treatment. To facilitate optimal treatment, referring institutes are welcomed to make use of the board’s expertise for determining the foetal dose and assessing potential effects. As the board provides only recommendations, the final decision rests with the healthcare provider and the patient. Although a follow-up is encouraged, the final decisions remain often unknown. Conclusion RT is rarely advised during pregnancy and is recommended only in select cases, based on the anticipated benefits and provided that the estimated total foetal dose remains below 100mSv. The advisory board provides support in determining the foetal dose, assessing potential effects and in achieving optimal treatment plans. Emerging treatment modalities, such as proton-RT, can achieve significant lower foetal doses ( Blommaert 2024 ) and should therefore be considered. We encourage others to establish their own national board. International collaborations among such boards are welcomed.

Digital Poster PATIENT REPORTED OUTCOMES RESULTS USING THE EORTC OUT-PATSAT35 RT QUESTIONNAIRE IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING RADIOTHERAPY. Rubí Ramos, Alejandro Rodriguez Laguna, Alejandro Calvo Fernandez, María Adela Poitevin Chacón Radiation Oncology, Medica Sur, Mexico, Mexico Purpose/Objective Evaluating satisfaction within oncology care services provides valuable information for implementing continuous improvement processes and ensuring service quality in a radiotherapy department. Currently, questionnaires have been developed that capture patient-reported outcomes (PRO) related to the care they receive during their treatment, as recommended by the Quality of Life Group of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC). Objective:To assess the psychometric properties and perceptions of cancer patients regarding the care they received during outpatient radiotherapy at Médica Sur. Material/Methods From June 2023 to July 2924, 204 patients who received outpatient radiotherapy, completed the EORTC OUT PATSAT35 RT questionnaire at the end of their treatment. It consists in 35 questions translated into Spanish and validated for its use in Spanish speaking countries, to evaluate the quality of care provided by physicians, nurses, and radiotherapy technicians, as well as aspects of the organization of facility and hospital services.
