Conclusion This study demonstrates that the targeted interventions increased referrals to the PT centre and improved overall patient satisfaction. The observed improvements highlight the necessity for continued and focused efforts to address challenges in the referral process comprehensively. Future research should evaluate the long-term sustainability of the interventions and explore additional strategies to optimise the referral process and enhance patient outcomes.
