Purpose/Objective Transferring patient plans from the Treatment Planning System (TPS) to the Record & Verify (R&V) system is a critical step in radiotherapy workflows but remains highly error-prone and time-consuming. As treatment techniques grow more complex with the integration of patient-specific IGRT protocols, SGRT systems, and diverse QA tools, the process becomes increasingly challenging and varies significantly across patients. This work aimed to implement an automated transfer routine to streamline the workflow, minimize errors, and reduce staff workload, enhancing overall efficiency and care quality. Material/Methods An automated transfer tool was developed using Monaco Scripting, enabling seamless customization for clinical routines while meeting data requirements from various independent platforms. The scripting routine leverages TPS variables to identify patient-specific workflows and minimizes the need for user input. It was deployed across the facility, with its performance and impact evaluated over one year.
