Conclusion SABR-induced immune responses appear to vary by fractionation scheme. Multifractionated schedules appear to more effectively enhance immune modulation, potentially improving long-term patient outcomes. Further research is needed to link fractionation schemes with clinical outcomes and to optimize immunotherapy integration with SABR for maximum benefit.
