Conclusion: The nnU-Net produced excellent quality auto-contours that fitted well within the IOV and expert ranges. The expert range may represent a higher quality range for validation, with deviations identifying areas that need careful review. An expert range is easy to produce and may provide a more accessible auto-contouring evaluation method than IOV studies.
