Conclusion: Geometric performance slightly deteriorated when used in the reirradiation setting. In contrast, greater dose variability was seen in the de-novo compared to the reirradiation setting, highlighting the lack of association between geometrical measures and dosimetric uncertainty in auto-segmentation. Inconsistencies in clinical contours between courses directly impact our assessment, and further studies with highly curated contours are required.
