Results: The nnUNet model for RC segmentation achieved a median Dice similarity coefficient (DSC) score of 0.87 on validation and 0.88 on the independent test set. To estimate interrater variability, a comparison between the original center-specific segmentations and those delineated by the resident resulted in a DSC score of 0.86. The nnUNet model achieved a median DSC score of 0.81 for dura segmentation. Preliminary assessments indicated that the subsequently automatically generated CTVs aligned well with recent clinical guidelines.
