Results:

Autosegmentation time ranged from 1 to 10 seconds, with prompt contouring ranging from 3 to 95 seconds. GTV delineation time ranged from 1 to 39 seconds. The shortest total delineation time (liver and GTV) was 56 seconds, while the longest was 173 seconds, averaging 96 seconds. Most scans required 2-3 iterations. Remnant liver volume (Liver-GTV) ranged from 1,106.86 cc to 1,829.20 cc, with an average of 1,485.42 cc, meeting FLR thresholds for both normal and impaired liver function. Eight scans used native CT; two used contrast-enhanced CT. Results are detailed in Table – Figure 1, with an example in Figure 2.
