groups in low-contrast regions (lymph nodes, soft tissues, brain and nerves), which are potentially also impacted by metal implants. An increase in image sharpness (Figure 1B) at the cost of higher noise levels had a minor impact on segmentation conformity with median DSC and SD >0.95 and HD<1mm (except for lung-optimized sharp kernel Bl64). Figure 2 exemplarily shows the influence of energy and sharpness on segmentation conformity for representatively selected organs.
