ESTRO 2025

Results: • The maximum variability of DRP50 was: 1% for static beams, 2% and 3% for VMAT (short- and long-term). • Dosimetric accuracy: o DRPp irradiating SW slabs was <3% except for small fields: -6% (10cm thickness, 2cm FS). o DRPp (middle of lung inhomogeneity) was <3.5% except for 2cm FS: +11%. o Cylindrical phantom: ▪ DRPp (center of phantom) was within 2.4% for all gantry angles. ▪ For the 10VMAT plans delivered to the phantom, results are reported in figure2. DRP50 was between -3% and 0%, -2% on average. Gamma passing rate was above 95% only for 4 plans, due to the strict criteria applied.
