Conclusion: Erroneous gantry angle detection by Octavius 4D inclinometer can lead to pre-treatment QA GPR below the acceptance threshold. With the presented simple method of determining the angle correction function and applying it to the measurement data, we showed plan GPR differences of even 2.1%. These differences might be higher depending on dose distribution and angle correction function.
