Similar patterns are found in the other conditions of field size and energies.

Conclusion: Combined k s and k pol can significantly affect the PDD scanning measurements in FFF beams, in particular with Semiflex-3D. An error close to 1% at large depths could be present, meaning an error of less than 0.3% relative to the dose at the depth of d max . Profiles present a clear discontinuity of the k s effect at the field edge.
