Conclusion: A smaller tolerance (< 1mm) could be applied at the isocenter than off-axis. The tests allowed us to choose Linac1 to perform SRS-SIMT.

The target-isocenter distance should be limited to 5.8 cm, accepting up to 7 cm in clinically justifiable situations. The test is sensitive to detect translational and rotational errors, in collimator and couch, of at least 0.5(mm/º)
