Conclusion: The flexible hydrogenated amorphous silicon PIN sensor matrix shows significant promise as a tool for studying the temporal structure of HDRE beams. This work provides valuable insights into beam temporal structure, laying the groundwork for further studies and potential applications in FLASH radiotherapy. Its innovative design and operational simplicity position it as a potential candidate for future dosimetric applications, with continued efforts directed toward refining its capabilities and extending its clinical relevance.
