Conclusion: The Monte Carlo-based 3D secondary dose check of RayStation CC resulted in significantly higher pass rates than ArcCHECK measurements (p = 0.012, Wilcoxon signed rank test). The mean pass rates of MC-based dose-to-medium and dose-to-water in SciMoCa were comparable. MC-based secondary dose check In SciMoCa is more precise than in Mobius 3D. The Monte Carlo-based 3D secondary dose check of Monte Carlo calculations in RayStation showed even better results.
