Conclusion: The presented method provides a risk classification with defined accuracy for each possible approach to dose addition, drawing on the literature and the specific scenario, regardless of the availability of advanced deformable dose addition software or the necessary scans and delineations. This method can be used to analyze retrospective studies, report prospective studies and estimate total dose in case of reirradiation.
