No significant correlations were observed between mean dose to regions of varying IGG and Fleiss' kappa between observer delineations, see Fig 2.

Conclusion: Our results indicate that challenges in intra-prostatic tumor delineation led to underdosage of actual tumor, mainly in lower-grade regions. Observer agreement did not correlate with dose coverage, making it a poor quality indicator.
