Results: Treatment time was significantly shorter with VMAT: median 4.0 min (IQR 3.6–4.6 min) vs. 3DCRT: median 6.6 min (IQR 5.9–9.0 min), p < 0.001. Coverage of CTVp_breast/CTVp_chest was equivalent between the two techniques (Figure 2), while VMAT provided better coverage of lymph node regions. Doses to OARs were comparable between the two groups (Figure 2).
