Conclusion: IMPT for gynaecological cancer is associated with a clinically relevant reduction in bowel V15Gy, V30Gy, and V40Gy. NTCP models with comparative treatment planning can be used to select patients for IMPT based on the risk of persistent GI toxicity. Keywords: IMPT,IMRT,NTCP
