Results: Box plots were made for each PCS and an example can be found in Fig. 1.

The IQR analysis revealed: o

Varied PCS across the four treatment sites. Prostate and seminal vesicles exhibited the highest number of outliers, indicating variability in the treatment planning approach. Head and neck showed the most consistency. o Four cohorts, each one characterised by a different “class solution” for each treatment site. The plan quality of a new treatment plan could be determined by calculating the PCS and comparing them to these “class solution” set of metrics. o Requirement for PSQA could be based on plan quality as shown in Fig. 2
