Conclusion: This study demonstrates that the choice of CT image set for lung SBRT planning significantly impacts dose distribution, especially in PTV coverage. These findings highlight the need for standardized guidelines on CT image selection and comprehensive training for clinical teams. Establishing clear recommendations will improve treatment plan consistency and enhance comparability of clinical outcomes across institutions.
