Conclusion: We presented a research study developing and validating a lattice methodology as part of a preparatory work for phase one clinical trial. Patient and target requirements were identified as well as planning constraints and metrics defined to create SFRT plans. 20 example plans were created with these metrics and a subset verified with measurements.
