Conclusion: RAD provides robust dose-sparing to lungs, heart, LAD, and cord without compromising target coverage. It also substantially improves planning efficiency. The integration of VMAT with modulated ports shows great potential for delivering high-quality, time-efficient radiotherapy to lung cancer patients.
